Check Balance & Usage

You can track your remaining credit and real-time API usage history directly through the KoboiLLM dashboard.

Checking Remaining Credit Balance

  1. Log in to the KoboiLLM Dashboard.
  2. Click Teams or view the summary on your account home page.
  3. Check the Budget Status section:
    • The figures show your current spend against your total purchased credit limit.
    • Example: $1.2313 of $10.0000
    • Meaning: You have spent $1.23 out of your total $10.00 purchased budget quota.

Monitoring Usage History To inspect itemized usage breakdown per request or per day:

  1. Click the Usage menu on the left sidebar.
  2. Here you will find analytics charts and detailed transaction tables displaying:
    • Timestamp.
    • AI model invoked.
    • Exact token cost per request.

Be sure to check your balance periodically to prevent API interruptions when your budget limit is reached.
