Account Creation & Sign In
Sign in at dashboard.koboillm.com/login. Use your existing KoboiLLM account and password; your team memberships and API keys carry over.
Activate an invited account
- Once your order is processed, open the invitation from your email or administrator. Account setup opens Welcome to KoboiLLM on the new dashboard.
- Check the displayed email, enter New password, and Confirm password. Use 12–256 characters with uppercase and lowercase letters, a number, and a symbol.
- Select Accept invitation. If the link requests a password reset, use Reset password instead.
- Once signed in, choose your team at the top, then check Overview → Available balance.
- Continue to API Key Creation.
Used or expired invitations cannot be accepted again. Sign in if your account is already active; otherwise ask the sender for a new invitation.
Accept a team invitation
A Team invitation is separate from account setup. Open the /join-team link in your email, sign in with the invitation recipient’s email address, and select Join team.
If you do not have an account, select Create account, follow the password setup email, then reopen the team invitation to finish joining. Team invitations expire after 48 hours and are single use. See Members & Budgets.
Recover access
- Select Forgot password? on the sign-in page. Check your inbox and spam folder.
- If a new password fails the password policy, correct it and retry while the link remains valid. A successfully used link cannot be reused.
- If your team is missing, finish accepting its invitation or contact support with your account email.
- The login page still links to the legacy dashboard. These guides describe the new dashboard.
